"Breaking Bad" season premiere is "shocking"

The stars of Breaking Bad have promised that the upcoming fourth season premiere is "shocking". Aaron Paul, who plays Jesse, told E! Online that the episode will continue the storylines from the last season.

"It literally starts off right where it left off," he said. "I can't wait to hear people's reactions, because they are going to lose it in the best way possible."

Meanwhile, Paul's co-star Bryan Cranston hinted: "Our premiere episode is very shocking."

Filming for the fourth season of Breaking Bad began in January after the show's network AMC announced that it had decided to postpone its air date. The series is now expected to return for its fourth season on AMC in July.

Sucker Punch, first five minutes trailer and high quality character posters.

The first five minutes of Zack Snyder's Sucker Punch have been made available. Starring Abbie Cornish, Vanessa Hudgens, Jena Malone, Emily Browning and Jamie Chung, the epic action fantasy takes us into the vivid imagination of a young girl whose dream world provides the ultimate escape from her darker reality.

In the 1960's, a 20-year-old girl nicknamed "Babydoll" (Emily Browning) is institutionalized by her stepfather at the Lennox House for the Mentally Insane after she is blamed for the death of her younger sister. Blue Jones (Oscar Isaac), the asylum's orderly, is bribed by Babydoll's stepfather into faking the signature of the asylum's psychiatrist, Dr. Vera Gorski (Carla Gugino), to have Babydoll lobotomized so she can neither inform the authorities of what really happened nor reclaim her recently deceased mother's fortune. As she enters the institution, she notices details of its layout and security.
In the five days before the surgeon (Jon Hamm) arrives, Babydoll retreats to a fantasy world in which she is a newly-arrived virgin in a brothel owned by the mob. She befriends four other dancers—Amber (Jamie Chung), Blondie (Vanessa Hudgens), Rocket (Jena Malone) and her older sister, Sweet Pea (Abbie Cornish). Dr. Gorski appears here as the girls' dance instructor and tells Babydoll that her virginity will be sold to a client known as "The High Roller" who will be arriving in five days.

If you want to understand Snyder's central narrative gambit, it's right there in the title. He gives us what we want (or what we think we want, or what he thinks we think we want): Absurdly fetishized women in teeny little skirts, gloriously repetitious fight sequences loaded with plot coupons, pseudo-feminist fantasies of escape and revenge. Then he yanks it all back and stabs us through the eyeball. - Andrew O'Hehir

Schwarzenegger 'Governator' for 3D movie (first trailer)

Arnold Schwarzenegger plans to turn his forthcoming Governator animated TV show and comic book into a 3D movie. The former governor of California announced last week that he and Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee are developing the superhero cartoon project.

The multi-platform project will also now include web elements as well as a big-screen feature, reports Deadline. The film, centred on a superhero based on Schwarzenegger, is expected to be completed in early 2013.

"In public life when you are governor, you have to deal with keeping the beaches clean and making sure there is enough funding for the after-school programmes and lunch programmes. But as an action hero, you just have to save the world," Schwarzenegger said about his return to the entertainment business.

A network for the Governator TV show has yet to be announced. The Terminator star previously said that he was looking at a number of possible scripts for his next film.

New 'Doctor Who' will be 'scariest yet' (new full-length trailer)

Steven Moffat has claimed that the new series of Doctor Who will be scarier than the last run.

In an interview with the ABC TV Blog, the showrunner compared future episodes of the BBC drama to a "ghost train".

"Last year we reassured you [but] this year, to hell with that, we're going to worry the hell out of you," he explained. "[The monsters are] scary. Very scary.

"There's the Silence in [episodes] one and two, the Siren in episode three, the Gangers in five and six, [and] all these are more than just freaky costumes and masks. There are scary ideas here."

Moffat, who previously described opening episode 'The Impossible Astronaut' as "a belter", also revealed that the next seven episodes will have a stronger overall arc.

"Oh, there's a big story being told this year, and major mysteries from the very off," he confirmed. "We're barely ten minutes into episode one before our heroes face a dilemma that they'll be staring at months from now. And there will be no easy answers."

The new series of Doctor Who begins on April 23 on BBC One in the UK and BBC America in the US.
